Quality Improvement Training Program

  In July 2009, the AUPO invited Mr. Chunsong Su, the board of director of Cheng Ji (TAIWAN) Management Consulting Company, the senior management consultant, and the expert trainer, to design a quality improvement program for the AUPO. The program lasted for 6 months, the accumulated training hours were around 176 hours. During the time, Mr. Su consulted the AUPO managers with a series of management skills such as OBM, PA, QC, TQM, SPC, FMEA, DOE, and MTP. Every departmental chiefs and staffs of the functional departments joined the program; as a result, it greatly improved the AUPO staffs’ management quality, and also enhanced the AUPO quality management. Through the training, all the AUPO members showed a great deal of interest and enthusiasm. Our awareness of quality improvement is shown in every link of production, which is consistent with the AUPO quality policy: provide sensitive, stable, secure and reliable high-quality products, and uphold the spirit of continuous improvement, excellence and customer satisfaction.
